Body Shape + Proportions
The start to any great style journey always begins with being able to identify and understand ones own body shape and proportions. I break down 5 of the most common body shapes and outline the main style aims + 'do's and don'ts' for each. I also teach you how to take your own measurements, what they mean and how this information will help you in your future shopping endevours.
Features
Have you ever thought about your facial features and hair, and how they influence what style of clothing best suits you? What about the scale of the pieces you choose? In this core component, we take a look at the things you've probably never considered before but will now make so much sense! Ah-ha moment guarenteed.
Wardrobe Organisation
The meat & potatoes. If you struggle getting dressed most mornings, or you look in your wardrobe and see a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear, your wardrobe is most likely; too full, unorganised, missing key items, or not an accurate representation of where you're at in life. We get down and dirty with my no BS system or organisation and I help you get real with what needs to stay and what needs to go.
Colours
In this 3 part Module we cover everything you would want to know when it comes to identifying your best colours.
Part 1: Firstly we start with the psychology of colour, skin tone and undertone, and warm vs cool colours.
Part 2: Value, Depth and Chroma. Understanding your best colours is not just about knowing the difference between warm and cool, it's also being able to match the right intensities. Do you need vibrant, bold colours, or soft muted versions?
Part 3: Here we put it all together and identify your seasonal colour palette. In this updated approach to seasonal colour analysis you will discover not only your best colour season but also the 2 'sister seasons' you can dip into
Personal Style + Confidence
Finally! It's party time. This one is all about letting loose and getting REAL clear on your own Personal Style Identity. Some may find they are able to create a 'style uniform' whilst others are happy knowing what they like, why they like it and how it works for them. This is where the confidence magic happens and getting dressed becomes joyful again.
Often women will seek out a personal stylist for this exact information, only to be left disappointed after just a two-hour session thinking "what's next?"
I'm going to teach you how to understand and implement these tools yourself.
